We have discontinued PayPal™ as a payment option on eliteflare.com since the 1st May 2024.

This decision was made due to increasingly high processing fees compared to other payment processors alongside their practices of withholding funds unpredictably with some businesses unable to recover funds for up to 18 months.

This could impact our ability to operate smoothly and maintain our service levels.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and invite you to explore our other secure payment options that may be more beneficial for your shopping experience.

We ship internationally from a fulfillment centre who handles the picking and packing of our products and dispatches them via global courier service.

Your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from receipt of payment. We aim to deliver within 10-15 days via International Shipping, Free Shipping & International Shipping Plus between 5-10 days via EliteShip™ International. We are working on improving these delivery times.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped.

If you have not received your tracking information after 2 business days, please email us at sales@eliteflare.com or by using our contact form.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We will also accept PayPal.

You can return or exchange an unopened & unused item within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at sales@eliteflare.com and a returns number will be issued to you along with a returns address to send your product.

All products sold by EliteFlare™ are automatically covered by a 1-year standard warranty.

We offer our comprehensive EliteProtect™ Product Protection Policy (available to buy as an addon in the shopping cart when purchasing any other product from our store). This policy offers a 15 day shipping insurance upgrade and 3 years manufacture warranty.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase. In this case you will need to contact us via email with your order number.

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

We operate a dynamic discounts policy on our products and often rotate mullti-buy deals on different products based on product popularity.
