Shipping Policy:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Goods will be shipped from one of our international warehouses and delivery times may vary. We aim to have your item delivered within 15 business days.

We absorb 100% of the shipping cost of our products. As such we do not charge Standard Shipping to USA.

We also offer a premium shipping option (EliteShip™ USA - $5.95USD) with faster shipping times of 10 working days or less, inclusive of Shipping Insurance that exceeds USA Consumer Protection Standards:

15-day No Update Replacement Cover (Exceeds USA Consumer Protection Standards): If your order has no tracking update for 15 working days, request an immediate reshipment. If the original arrives later, keep it on us.

20-day No Delivery Refund Cover (Exceeds USA Consumer Protection Standards): If your package has tracking updates but isn’t delivered within 20 working days, apply for a full refund. If the original arrives later, keep it on us.

Cosmetic Damage/Unfit Product Cover (USA Consumer Protection Compliant): If your product is damaged (not just the packaging), request a reshipment or full refund.

Returns Policy:

Return or exchange unopened, unused items within 30 days. This is in addition to your rights under USA Consumer Law for repairs, replacements, or refunds for defective items.
