I heard about Hydrogen water from my partner who is studying at ICL. This came onto my FB timeline so I thought I would give it a shot. Ive had it now for about 2 weeks, its a little too soon to tell but I think its doing something.
I'm not sure if i was expecting to feel more, but at least I'm drinking more water. It does change the taste slightly so Im sure its doing something, time will tell I guess.

Was on the fence about the whole hydrogen water hype. Gave this bottle a shot, and let me tell you, I'm glad I did. Not only do I feel more alert throughout the day, but that usual 3pm energy dip is nowhere to be seen. Plus, it's been a great conversation starter. As a mom on the go, finding quick health wins is key. This hydrogen water bottle has been pretty good. Feels like I've got more energy. Im not sure if its a placebo but it does taste different and I do feel different.
I decided to make this year one to be a bit more healthy and for a long time now I've been self medicating on enough caffeine to wake a corpse so I thought a switch to water was a good way to go to give myself a cleanse. Saw this ad on FB and decided to give it a go. Im not sure what I'm supposed to feel but its been an entertaining way to drink more water. The water does nave a softer taste after the machine has stopped, must be the effect of the hydrogen. Going to keep using it.
