This bill is initially aimed at major retailers with substantial turnovers ($25b for international businesses, £1b for UK businesses) yet we choose to adopt its standards voluntarily. Our commitment goes beyond compliance & we understand these practices set a benchmark for ethical business conduct, enhancing customer trust and satisfaction, regardless of our company's size or turnover.

These are real reviews from actual customers, but they do not carry our Verified badge since they are not from sales on our own store.

Our reviews system is powered by Judge.Me, a robust and secure platform that ensures the integrity of our reviews. Only purchases made directly through the EliteFlare store can receive the Verified badge. This badge signifies that the review comes from a verified purchase, providing you with an extra layer of trust and assurance. While linked reviews are genuine, they do not carry the Verified badge as they are from purchases made outside our store. This distinction helps maintain the credibility and authenticity of our reviews.

New Product? Patience is Key

When a product is fresh off the shelf, it might not have reviews from our store yet. We believe in giving our products time to earn genuine feedback from our own customers. Until then, linked reviews from our supplier’s network help you get a sense of the product’s quality and performance. This practice allows us to present you with decision-making social proof from people who have experienced the products we are selling before we have been able to collect reviews ourselves, especially if the product is very new or has only just started selling via social media campaigns.

Secure Reviews Process

Our review process ensures that reviews can only be left by customers who have received and used the product. This helps prevent generic, unhelpful reviews and ensures that you see authentic feedback from people who have genuinely interacted with the product. We do not permit tampering with our reviews system, and only fully verified purchases on the EliteFlare store can be marked with the Verified badge. This secure process is part of our commitment to transparency and authenticity.
