This EliteProtect™ Comprehensive Protection Policy ("Policy") is offered by EliteFlare ("Company", "We", "Us") to the purchaser ("You", "Your") of products via EliteFlare.com. This Policy provides an extended warranty to provide coverage from the point of purchase through three years post-delivery.

III. Additional Provisions
